Please ensure all information provided (such as sizes, materials, and colors) is accurate, as custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded once manufactured.
3. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of a deposit payment (as stated on your quote or invoice).
Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Prices may vary depending on material availability, market changes, or supplier adjustments.
4. Payments
A deposit is required before manufacturing begins, with the remaining balance due prior to installation.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Ownership of goods remains with Singh Melbourne Blinds until full payment is received.
5. Installation & Delivery
We aim to deliver and install products within the estimated time frame mentioned during ordering; however, delays may occur due to supplier or logistical issues.
Customers must ensure clear access to installation areas on the scheduled date.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduling, site preparation, or unforeseen installation challenges.
6. Warranty
We take pride in our workmanship and materials. All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation (by third parties), or lack of maintenance.
Normal wear and tear or environmental factors such as sunlight, humidity, or fading.
For warranty claims, customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
7. Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty or not as described.
In case of any issue, please contact us within 7 days of installation so we can inspect and resolve it promptly.
